Keeps charging cables off the ground
A folding arm retractor suspends the charging cable above the bay, so it never drags on the ground, gets driven over or disappears under a parked car. For operators this is a maintenance decision as much as an aesthetic one: cables that stay off the ground last longer.
How the TYZ-CR100 works
The main arm shaft uses a coil spring return and the auxiliary shaft uses a torsion spring, so the arm folds away smoothly after each session. Both arms are made from powder-coated aluminium alloy, which keeps the unit light while still supporting a 20 kg working load.
The base is fitted with a damping element, so the arm does not snap back when a driver releases it.

Sizing the arms
Main section length is customizable from 300 to 600 mm and the auxiliary section from 200 to 400 mm, with a combined maximum of 900 mm. Tell us the parking layout and the cable entry point and we will match the arm configuration to it.
